Welcome to 4G Home Rentals.  We manage and rent single family and multi-unit properties all across New York State including Schenectady, Scotia, Kingston, Glens Falls and surrounding areas.

Leases:
Our homes are available for One and Two Year Leases.
Short Term Leases are available under certain circumstances and will be approved on a case by case basis.

We do not participate in the SECTION 8 program except as required by local law. 

Application Process:
Our application process requires that you apply here at our website.  
You will be requested to approve our credit check.
Once we have approved your application, you will be offered a lease which will require you to pay the first month's rent and security deposit upon signing, at which time you will have secured your housing.
At lease signing, you will be required to produce picture ID to verify your identity.

Our Pet Policy:
We sometimes allow quiet, non-aggressive pets with a non-refundable fee paid each month. We have breed and size restrictions. Animal owners are required to pick up after their pets, and keep pets leashed at all times when in any common areas.
